We’ve been building custom homes in South Carolina since 1975, focusing primarily in the Lowcountry part of the state. We build our homes on a cost-plus or fixed fee. We focus on quality not quantity and we build a limited number of custom homes each year, giving the owner unmatched customer service.

If you choose to build your home yourself, we can also assist you for a basic fee and help guide you through the process with sub-contractors and a selection of labor and material for each home.

We can also help with site selection, architectural and interior design, landscaping, and more for your home. If your home needs remodeling or updating, we can provide you with the most updated information and assist with the planning processes needed to complete these projects. We have done nearly every type of renovation ranging from the smallest to largest jobs, including additions, deck replacements, and walkways.
